Step into Something New!

Hambleton Community Action is part of the Get Britain Working Trailblazer – a new initiative helping people take positive steps towards employment. Locally, it’s being delivered by Hambleton Community Action along with Carers Plus Yorkshire, Rural Arts, and Stokesley Community Care Association.

Our Trailblazer Stepping Stones project is all about helping people build confidence, boost wellbeing, and learn new skills through volunteering. It’s tailored to each person’s goals and might include:

* Building confidence and mental health

* Improving physical wellbeing

* Learning practical and job-related skills

* Getting involved in volunteering

* Moving closer to employment

Support is available across Hambleton and Richmondshire, so if you know someone who might benefit? Send them our way – we’d love to help!

This project is delivered in partnership with North Yorkshire Council, supported by York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority, using funding from the Department for Work and Pensions' Get Britain Working Economic Inactivity Trailblazer.
